Service
I'm a Melakan, retired. I have my bfast or lunch 5 times a week at Hameed Lotus. Food is good. However, the waiters' service are bad. I could be waiting for 15 mins to get the attention to of the waiters to order.. They just walk around collecting dishes from tables customers have left. Even waving to get their attention didn't help . I've to go to the casher to complain. This happen practically everytime. Other customers I noticed also have this bad service experience .
