It's the worst experience with kepong hub
I always encounter delay when my parcel ended with kepong hub, easily one or 2 days delay but at least receive the parcel. Recent one was the worst experience, 4 days delay and yet to receive my parcel at the point I'm posting this review. First attempt was insufficient delivery time then incorrect recipient address (it's the address that I have received parcel) so I don't understand why is this reason. Then the third time from out for delivery and back to the kepong hub again.
