I have been a loyal customer and my cleaning was every Saturday . Lately, due to family matters I was not at home for a whole month. I told the person in charge that I cancel that month’s cleaning but will resume after. The pic said no problem. A month after that I informed her that to resume my cleaning but she said now no more Saturday for the same cleaner I used to have because long time I did not do cleaning so they assigned the cleaner to someone else at a different time slot. It’s so unprofessional for the cleaning service.. they should at least ask me whether I still want to continue before they change the cleaner without my knowledge. By the way, I never said I stop the service but they treated me as if I engaged them as a new customer! That’s so irresponsible and disappointed! I will never go back to this cleaning company anymore not because the cleaning not good but because they treated me so unfairly !
