Rental rates at JCI Malaysia HQ are simple, competitive and affordable.
Our rates are as follows:
Training Room (small)
Full day rental (8 hours): RM250
Half Day Rental (4 hours): RM150
~ Additional hours at RM40/hour.
Maximum Capacity: Chairs only = 12 pax | Table + Chair = 10 pax

Training Hall (large)
Full day rental (8 hours): RM400
Half Day Rental (4 hours): RM200
~ Additional hours at RM50/hour.
Maximum Capacity: Chairs only = 60pax | Table + chair = 40pax
Layout:
Our space is flexible to accommodate your required layout: Theater / classroom / cluster / u-shape / rectangle
Amenities provided:
WIFI, utilities (air-con, electricity & water), tables, chairs, projector, microphone, speaker, whiteboard, fan, aircon, shared pantry (Cuckoo water filter, kettle, plates, cups, utensils)
**If there are concurrent bookings for both large Training Hall and small Training Room on the same date, then priority for usage of projector & microphone is given to Training Hall.

To secure your booking, rental payment is required in advance.
Deposit RM100 is payable at check-in, and will be refunded if no loss/damage at the end of the session.
Our training space is open for rental anytime from 10am to 10pm.
If you require early setup time, please advise at time of booking.
