Customer Service Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Interact with customers in writing and verbal to provide information and assistance

-Coordinate front desk activities including setting up placement test appointment and attending students and parents’ inquiry promptly

-Advising potential customers about our range of courses and helping them to make correctly informed choices

-Assist in marketing, promotions and events on and off centre premises

– 5-day week: Wednesday to Sunday (specific working hours flexible and negotiable)
