F&B Trainee Manager

Location: Islandwide (TBC after interview)

40-50 outlets in Singapore

Basic salary : SGD 3000

Annual leave : 10 days

Training provided: On Job Training + class room training provided

-Starter incentive

-uniform provided (prepare $100 deposit, return after 6 months, shoe must buy from company)

Working hours: 5.5 days, minimum 9 working hours a day

Shift hours : (depend on outlet / brand) – 50 hours per week, 5 x 9 hours & 1 x 5 hours

Job Duties:

  • Welcome bow toward customers as they come into the restaurant section.
  • Stock Ordering, replacement..
  • Cashiering
  • Help customers to settle down and also take their orders
  • Process customers’ orders and generate their bills
  • Provide answers to queries presented by clients regarding services and offers made available by the restaurant
  • Clean all tables after clients have left and get such tables prepared for the next set of clients
  • Serve and pack warm foods to clients in an effective manner and in strict accordance to the orders of such clients
  • Maintain chart of all available deals and products periodically and refresh such chart on daily basis.
  • Ad-hoc duties assign by superior.

–  accept Night shift if required, must be able to do 90 degree bow for certain brand.
