Job Description
  • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placement
  • Advertise job postings on various online job portals/social media/advertising platform
  • Using various resources to market positions, attract candidates and build relationships
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
  • Scheduling potential/suitable candidates for interviews as requested by the client
  • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment process.
  • Response to email and phone inquiries/other ad-hoc duties may be assigned
Job Requirements
  • Strong ambition and the determination to succeed (sale or target-driven person)
  • Working experience in sales, marketing, or any customer-oriented role is an added advantage
  • No working experience needed – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
