Job Description
- Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placement
- Advertise job postings on various online job portals/social media/advertising platform
- Using various resources to market positions, attract candidates and build relationships
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work
- Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
- Scheduling potential/suitable candidates for interviews as requested by the client
- Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression
- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment process.
- Response to email and phone inquiries/other ad-hoc duties may be assigned
Job Requirements
- Strong ambition and the determination to succeed (sale or target-driven person)
- Working experience in sales, marketing, or any customer-oriented role is an added advantage
- No working experience needed – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- The ability to work in a high-pressure environment and the responsibility that comes with it
- The ability to meet deadlines and targets.
