SAYA PUN TAK PASTI MASALAH RIDER ATAU MASALAH KEPONG HUB! SAYA CUMA NAK BARANG SAYA, SAYA TAK NAK REFUND! HARAP MAKLUM DAN BEKERJASAMA!
I always encounter delay when my parcel ended with kepong hub, easily one or 2 days delay but at least receive the parcel. Recent one was the worst experience, 4 days delay and yet to receive my parcel at the point I’m posting this review. First attempt was insufficient delivery time then incorrect recipient address (it’s the address that I have received parcel) so I don’t understand why is this reason. Then the third time from out for delivery and back to the kepong hub again.
They take forever to deliver your parcel when it gets to kepong hub
My name is nur aisya and I’m located at sri damansara and my parcel have been on hold since 20/04/2022 at kepong hub. I need to received my parcel before 27/04/2022 since I’ll be going home to my hometown in sabah on 27/04/2022. My parcel consist item that is compulsory for eid celebration. Since my address is my workplace please deliver during working hours. My tracking number is SPXMY020685516894. Please deliver my parcel as soon as possible. I need it urgently.
